The Texas Organization for Baccalaureate and Graduate Education (TOBGNE) was organized fifteen years ago as a professional organization of Texas nursing education institutions actively working together in the interest of vitalizing, sustaining and advancing nursing education in Texas in order to attract the best and the brightest into the nursing profession from the diverse Texas population.
